Papaya enzyme is also the best in helping digest protein. It helps digestion a lot, although there are other enzymes that are better for different types of food.

I didn’t realize Papain enzyme could be used for so much! No wonder it’s in a lot of beauty products. I will definitely be looking for it when I buy new products!
