L’oreal infallible lacquer liner comes in a glass jar with a brush that has a plastic cap to protect it.
The liner goes on smoothly and effortlessly. It gives me a rich, intense, dark line. The finish has a satiny sheen and not a glossy lacquer like shine as the name suggests otherwise. However I love the satiny intense finish that it gives.
This liner is super easy to apply and has a creamy-gel consistency. It takes a minute to dry so you have plenty of time to layer or smudge. The liner doesnot budge once it sets. It doesnot smudge or flake or fade and the color remains intense upto 10 hours.
The lasting power is really good. I haven’t tested it for 24 hour wear time but it easily gives me 10 hours of perfect wear.
This liner is waterproof and to remove it I need a cream cleanser or an oil based cleanser.
The brush that comes along with it is a good quality and easy to use brush. It is a thin, little brush that is flat-headed and tapered at the end.
The bristles are soft yet stiff that allow you to draw a thick or thin line and even a winged liner look.
L’oreal says this liner is suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Good thing.

I like that this eyeliner comes with a nice brush. Lining the upper lash line makes a huge difference but it scares me a little because my hands aren’t so steady at that angle. I need a lot more practice.
