I love the sugar soaps by Forest Essentials & I was longing to try one of their butter soaps. I got myself the saffron milk one.
Cow’s milk and honey soften the skin and saffron keeps it youthful and brings a glow to the skin. I was looking for a soap which contains milk and honey and also smells very nice and this soap is the answer to my search. This soap contains these ingredients in their purest organic form and I was glad to know that my skin was going to soak in the real good ingredients.
When I first opened the wrapper I saw the soap drenched in oil and I worried that it was an oily soft soap. But hopefully to my relief none of that happened. It is a solid bar (okay a bit soft) that stays solid till the end and once I started using it I never saw any oil oozing out of it.
The soap smells a beautiful floral which lathers into a mild sweet floral scent that keeps me smelling nice for many hours.
The soap is very gentle. It gives a creamy lather that rinses away clean. It cleans my skin really well without drying. I have never got that tight-itchy dry skin feeling after using this soap. My skin feels very soft and pampered. Overall it is a gentle soap that leaves a delicate floral fragrance on my skin.
