Dead sea spa magik black mud soap review and photos

This is my second purchase from this brand after the salt brushing. I got this so that I can soak in the benefits of dead sea minerals everyday while bathing. I have oily/clog prone skin and this little inexpensive bar of soap is perfect for that.

Dead sea spa magik black mud soap isn’t artificially coloured so it lathers a pure white creamy foam. Now creamy doesn’t means “Dove” exactly. This soap didn’t dry my skin out like other commercial soaps. It cleans without stripping my skin. My face feels supple without the tight feeling. But if I have led you into believing this is some sort of moisturising soap then thats not correct. This soap gives you that clean feeling as with any other soap but is not irritating and drying as the commercial ones.

This soap cleans like any other soaps but have added dead sea salts which give it therapeutic properties. Dead sea salt has therapeutic effects on psoriasis, eczema and other skin diseases. Plus it contains no nasties like synthetic skin irritants, colors or perfumes, which may interfere with the therapeutic properties of the dead sea salt. This is exactly the reason I guess why so many eczema sufferers find it a relief to bath with this soap.

Its pretty small in size compared to other bar soaps but thats fine since this will last a long time. The only downside to this soap is that it smells like Carbolic soaps which does disappear after a while, so no worries. But beauties who like bathing in those perfumed soaps may find themselves wrinkling their nose at the smell.

Oh yes, I heard black mud and just about anything from the dead sea is supposed to be really good for the skin. I have very sensitive skin, but this stuff seems to help it quite a bit. This is a great review of it because I always like to know beforehand if a product is too drying and what it feels like.
