Rosehip seed oil is extracted from the seed within the red berry-like fruits of a wild rose bush that bloom in the southern Andes of Chile. The natives of Chile have utilized this skin enhancing oil for centuries, benefiting from the vitamins and essential fatty acids found within the seeds. This all-natural oil has a number of uses and benefits for health and beauty.
Rosehip oil is a wonderful and safe option for those who want to prevent scarring, stretch marks, wrinkles, or damage from overly dry or aging skin. This natural moisturizer provides all of the vitamins and nutrients human skin requires to thrive beautifully. Rosehip oil will immediately go to work restoring an even skin tone, hydrating, reducing inflammation, and nourishing damaged skin cells.

Using rosehip oil is preferred to any other kind of skin moisturiser because it is completely free of harsh chemicals and foreign substances. As it is natural, it is 100% free of toxins yet still potent and capable of skin repair and rejuvenation. The oil is rich in vitamins A, C, and E – all essential to beautiful, healthy skin.
These vitamins help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and promote healthy skin by increasing the production of collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are the ones responsible for the smoothness and firmness that make the skin appear young. As a person ages, the body produces less and less of collagen and elastin. Rosehip oil is a natural way to reverse the effects of time and promote youthful skin.
Lioleic acids and essential fatty acids like omega-3 and 6 are also found in abundance within rosehip oil. These nutrients are vital to skin health and are useful for treating acne, eczema, burnt skin, reducing the appearance of scars, and other skin conditions. The benefit of fatty acids within rosehip oil is particularly important because the body is unable to produce these naturally. Nevertheless, they are crucial to healthy skin, which rosehip oil can provide.

The earlier an individual begins taking advantage of rosehip oil’s benefits, the better the results. Research has shown that those who began using the oil preventatively – as early as one’s 20s – did not develop wrinkles until much later. Rosehip oil was also shown to be beneficial in preventing damage caused by the sun (photo aging or photo damage). Skin that has yellowed, lost elasticity, or become rough due to sun exposure may also be dramatically improved with the use of rosehip oil.
For those who are fed up with stretch marks, crow’s feet, or want to put them off for as long as possible, rosehip oil is the best option. Best of all, it is completely safe to use regardless of health conditions or pregnancy.

This is good to know! As I probably mentioned before several times on this blog, I have very poor skin. It’s rashy, uneven, and pale. So rosehip oil can even out skin tone, hydrate, reduce inflammation, and nourish damaged skin cells? Wow, I’m going to have to try this! Great info! Thank you very much :)
I am a nut for rosehip oil! It’s hard to find, but I love how soft and supple it makes my skin and hair feel!
Oh wow, does it really work? I am affected by some stretch marks due to growing up and I hate them! But I know that once they appear, they never go away! They’re like scars! Does this help a bit?
I am a little ashamed to confess but this is the first time I get to know that such a thing even exists – Rosehip Oil.. I have never seen the plants on the pictures too! Thank you for your valuable information.
