5 Proven Techniques for Blackhead Removal
Brushing teeth daily in the morning, looking at the mirror and noticing “Oh there are blackheads” Slight pinching will not do any major harm. Is a daily routine of most of us? No doubt you can squeeze, pinch and extract your black head. But it will only worsen the matter.
What happens is that when you have blackhead in the pore it means that pore is blocked because of different reasons which may be sebum, bacteria and dead skin cells. When you squeeze you for sure will succeed in extracting some of the blackheads. But doing this without knowing the proper way of doing will worsen the skin even more.

Following are 5 proven techniques for the removal of blackheads.
Wash your face properly: No doubt this sounds straightforward but it is hard to believe there are many out of us who don’t wash the face properly. I know that in teens the things are quite hectic. Like during the school hours the teens are asked to attend the outdoor games under the hot sun. These physical activities result in breaking sweat. When I was at that stage some of my class mates didn’t washed their face even after this much sweating because they didn’t want to wash their makeup. They used to take the towel to tap dry the sweat. Now I know this was the biggest sin with the skin.

It is strongly suggested by the dermatologists that you should wash your face at least twice a day. If you sweat a lot after exerting, then properly washing the face is must after that. A mild cleanser is good for washing the face. There are some cleansers with the instructions that it can be used several times a day. One should never select a strong cleanser as this dries out the skin. The habit of washing the face twice a day with a mild cleanser helps to get rid of white and blackheads as well.
Olive Oil: The general instruction is that we should avoid oily things on the face; the reason being that oil causes acne. It is good to note here that only excessive oil production is the cause of blackheads and acne. The skin only produces disproportionate oil when there is the scarcity of it. Olive oil is a good moisturizer and can be used to massage the skin after daily washing. This will give the skin a consistent supply. The skin will not feel an urge of producing the extra oil.
Biore: Biore is a piece of paper. It is slightly adhesive when combined with water. It helps in removing the oil pockets from skin. It is also used to remove the blackheads. One has to put a clean, warm and damp piece of cloth on the blackheads. It has to be kept there for around 5 minutes. After this the biore strip can be applied on the blackheads. This must be kept there for around 15 minutes. After this the strip must be gently pulled. The biore strip gets sucked with these blackheads and even a gentle tug takes them out of the skin

Use of facial scrub: The facial scrub if used regularly aids in breaking away the old skin and removing the blackheads. This method can be made more effective by using scrub with lukewarm water. This process must be repeated several times.
Black head removal tool: This tool is easily available in the departmental stores. It is better to clean it properly before using it. The warm towel here helps to open the clogged pores. After this the tool can be used to remove the blackheads. It is better to follow the given instructions on the package of the tool.
Thus by understanding the cause of blackhead formation and by properly following the techniques one can get rid of blackheads even without leaving a scar on the face.
